RETURN POLICY

Returning Online Purchases:
VR GROW GARDENING INC. strives to provide our customers with superior customer service and satisfaction with our products.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received defective products you can return your merchandise to VR GROW GARDENING INC.within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
You are eligible for refund, credit or exchange, as long as your return meets the return criteria.
Please take your return package to the carrier at your choice, and mail your authorized return to:

Returning In-Store Purchases:
If you have purchased a VR GROW GARDENING INC.product from one of our partner retailers you must return the item to the store in accordance with individual store policy.

Return Period:
Your item can be eligible for return directly to VR GROW GARDENING INC. within the timeframes below.
The return period begins on the date you receive your merchandise.
The return period for non-defective merchandise is 30 days.
The return period for defective merchandise is subject to manufacturer's warranty.

Sending in your Return:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless merchandise is defective or is a mistake caused by  VR GROW GARDENING INC.
Pack your return in the original package if possible.
Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories.
For proof of delivery VR GROW GARDENING INC.
recommends that you return your items via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and proof of delivery.  
VR GROW GARDENING INC.  is not responsible for lost merchandise should you choose to ship it without proof of delivery.

Damaged Merchandise:
Merchandise damaged during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. 
Upon receiving merchandise it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect packaging thoroughly before accepting merchandise. 
If there is damage to the packaging you must refuse delivery of the package on account it is damaged.
Please do not hesitate to report damaged items, as some carriers have strict time requirements that limit their liability.

Defective Merchandise:
For the return of defective merchandise please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy. 

Refunds:
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.  
Please allow 14-21 days of processing time for your refund to be issued.  
Processing time begins on the date VR GROW GARDENING INC. receives the returned merchandise.
